As with the Timex watch bands, they are made with steel and rubber- a combination of both.

No matter watch you do, it is very important that you try on the watch before you buy it. It is also important that it fit on your wrist really well. Make sure that it does not pinch or hurt. Otherwise, you will probably not wear the watch as much as you would like.
